BIO Ghar Povidone 10% spray - 100ml

A dermal solution of povidone-iodine (PVP-I), which is a complex that releases iodine, the active bactericidal and virucidal agent, increasing its activity and stability, and reducing its irritating effects.

PVP-I has a wide antimicrobial spectrum against bacteria, fungi, viruses, as well as bacterial spores. Used as an antiseptic for skin ulcers, wounds, burns, bedsores, skin and mucosa before and after surgeries, to prevent skin infections, and gynecological infections such as gonorrhea, cervical and vaginal infections (vaginal douche after being diluted with water).

How to use

Apply it directly without dilation or dilute it with physiological serum in a 1:10 ratio.

Use 2-3 times/day, or as instructed by your doctor.

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to povidone-iodine.
• Do not use on large areas of the skin due to the possibility of iodine absorption, which may affect thyroid gland.

Cautions

• Must not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• Must not be used in combination with mercury derivatives.
• Should be used with caution by thyroid patients, or as directed by the doctor.

محلول جلدي من البوفيدون اليودي (PVP-I) الذي هو عبارة عن معقد يعمل على تحرير اليود (العامل الفعال المبيد للجراثيم والفيروسات) مما يؤدي إلى زيادة فعاليته وثباتيته ويقلل من آثاره المهيجة.

يبدي PVP-I طيفاً واسعاً مضاداً للميكروبات ضد الجراثيم، الفطريات، الفيروسات وكذلك الأبواغ الجرثومية. يستخدم كمطهر للقرحات الجلدية، الجروح، الحروق، قرحات الفراش، الجلد والأغشية المخاطية قبل وبعد العمليات الجراحية، للوقاية من الانتانات الجلدية والانتانات التناسلية مثل السيلان، وانتانات عنق الرحم والمهبل (كدوش مهبلي بعد تمديده باستخدام الماء).

كيفية الاستعمال

يطبق مباشرةً دون تمديد أو يمدد باستخدام المصل الفيزيولوجي بنسبة 1:10.

يستخدم 2-3 مرات/اليوم أو حسب إرشادت الطبيب.

موانع الاستعمال

• فرط الحساسية لمادة البوفيدون اليودي.

• لا يستخدم على مساحات واسعة من الجلد بسبب احتمال امتصاص اليود مما يؤثر على الغدة الدرقية.

التحذيرات

• يجب ألا يستخدم من قبل النساء الحوامل أو المرضعات.

• يجب ألا يستخدم مع المشتقاق الزئبقية. يستخدم بحذر لدى مرضى الغدة الدرقية او حسب إرشادات الطبيب.
